We want you to have peace of mind when shopping with us. That’s why we offer a warranty on all our products. We provide a 180-day warranty for all OEM parts and a 30-day warranty for all refurbished accessories. The warranty period starts from the invoice date.
Our warranty covers quality problems with our products. If you receive a product that is physically damaged or defective, we will issue a refund or replacement. However, please note that we do not cover any damages resulting from improper use or mishandling of the product.
In the unlikely event that we deliver the wrong product or part to you, we will replace it immediately at no extra cost to you.
If you order the wrong items, the return fee will be your responsibility. Additionally, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
As a token of our appreciation for your support, we offer every customer two chances per ten orders to replace products that have a value of less than 20% of the total value of their order.
Please note that the company reserves the right to interpret and make the final decision on all warranty claims and policies.
